Contracting Party
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by The 8020Strategy Group, a company registered in Texas.

When the subscription contract is formed
When you click "Place Order" to submit your order on-line with details of your order with us, you are making an offer to take out a subscription which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

Membership Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation
Your 7-day trial is free. Your credit card will be authorized for the full membership fee and not charged until you decide to stay on as a member. If you cancel anytime during your trial period you will not be billed. If you choose to stay on as a member upon your free trial expiration you will automatically become a full member for the current annual membership fee.

If a Member at your organization changes jobs, you can re-assign their Membership to another colleague quickly and easily. Contact us and we'll change the user name and password immediately at no additional charge. Refunds will not be granted.


5. CANCELLATION; TERMINATION.
(a) You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. If you cancel your Membership, you will only be entitled to a full refund of your Membership fee if you cancel during the first thirty (30) days of your initial or renewal Membership term. No refunds will be available after such thirty (30) day period (unless we terminate the 8020Strategy Member Program).

While purchasing your Membership online at www.8020ceo.com, you can cancel your Membership by contacting us via email at membership@8020ceo.com.

(b) We may terminate your Membership, including any associated accounts, without notice, for any reason in our sole discretion, including without limitation our belief that continued use of such Membership would violate any provisions of this Agreement, applicable law, or otherwise be harmful to our interests. In the event of any such termination, you will be entitled to a pro rata refund of your Membership fee.

(c) We may terminate any or all of the benefits available under the the 8020Strategy Group Member Program at any time with or without notice. In the event of our termination of this program, at our election we will either maintain your Membership benefits until expiration of the Membership current term or refund each Member a pro rata portion of the Membership fee for the remaining portion of the current Membership term.

Credit Card Payment

If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
